Our professional delivery team will make contact with you before and on the day of your delivery to arrange a time slot for delivery to take place. Your new sofa will then be placed in position and unwrapped in its new home.

Returns for unwanted products will be accepted if you change your mind and inform us within 48-72 hours of delivery.

Lead Time

All our sofas are made to order in 10 to 20 business days depending on order volume.

Depending on your delivery address shipment will take 3-7 days. Some outlying areas can take up to 15 days to complete delivery.

All products are sold with various lead times.

Should you wish to find out the lead time for a specific product you can go onto our website and visit the product page. Lead time before dispatch can be seen just above the “Add to Cart” button.

For local delivery (50kms radius around Cape Town) delivery will be arranged telephonically by our logistics team 1 business day before delivery. All our local deliveries happen between 12pm and 5pm.

Not a problem at all! When placing your order, there will be a section do add notes. Simply state when you want your unit and we will work according to that date. Alternatively after placing your order give us a ring anytime or pop us an email to delay delivery.
