SECTION 1: Zorora Sofas x The Beach House Collection x Harveys Spaces Design Company Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Organisers:

  • The competition is organised by Zorora Sofas (Pty) Ltd (“the Organiser”) in collaboration with The Beach House Collection and Harveys Spaces Design Company (collectively referred to as “the Partners”). 
  • By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility:

  • The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees, directors, and agents of the Organiser or Partners, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. 
  • Participants must have a valid Instagram account to enter the competition.

3. Competition Period:

  • The competition runs from 20 October 2025 to 09 November 2025. 
  • Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered. 
  • The winners will be announced on 10 November 2025 on Zorora Sofas’ social media platforms.

4. How to Enter:

To enter, participants must:

  • Follow Zorora Sofas, The Beach House Collection, and Harveys Spaces Design Company on Instagram; 
  • Like the competition post; and 
    Tag their friends in the comments section.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. 
  • Multiple entries are allowed, provided each comment tags different friends.

5. Prizes:

Prize 1: The Beach House Collection Prize

  • A 2-night stay at either Pearl Bay Beach Villa or White Sands Beach Villa, valued at R32,000. 
  • The stay is valid for a maximum of 6 guests. 
  • The prize is subject to availability and valid until August 2026. 
  • Once booked, the reservation cannot be cancelled or changed. 
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • Extra nights may be booked directly with The Beach House Collection at a 20% discounted rate. 

Prize 2: Zorora Sofas & Harveys Spaces Design Company Prize

  • A set of 2 Limited Edition Asha Armchairs, plus a Harveys Spaces Design Consultation and scatter cushions, valued at R26,000. 
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The prize must be accepted as awarded, and no substitutions will be permitted.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement:

  • The winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries. 
  • The draw will take place after the competition closes on 10 November 2025. 
  • Winners will be announced on Zorora Sofas’ official Instagram account and may also be shared by the Partner brands. 
  • Winners will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. 
  • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternative winner will be selected.

7. Prize Redemption:

  • Winners may be required to provide proof of identity when redeeming their prizes. 
  • The Organizer and Partners will coordinate with the winners to facilitate prize delivery and bookings as applicable. 
  • Each prize is subject to the individual provider’s standard terms and conditions (for example, The Beach House Collection’s villa booking terms).

8. General Terms:

  • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time without prior notice. 
  • The Organiser and Partners are not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or errors beyond their control. 
  • By entering, participants grant the Organiser and Partners the right to use their name, image, and social media handle in promotional materials related to the competition. 
  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or any other social media platform.

9. Data Protection:

  • Personal information collected during this competition will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway. 
    Participants may request the removal of their data from the competition database at any time by contacting the Organiser.

    By participating, entrants acknowledge and agree that:

    • The Organiser and Partners accept no liability for claims, damages, or disputes arising from participation or prize fulfilment beyond their respective obligations.
