SECTION 6 - PROMOTIONS & OFFERS

Single Discount/Offer Policy: Only one discount code, promotion, or offer can be applied per person per order.
Non-Stackable Discounts: Discounts, promotional codes, vouchers, or any other form of discount offers cannot be combined or stacked with one another, unless specifically stated.
Listed & Sell Price: Our website displays a listed price that includes a 25% discount, which is not considered as a voucher, coupon, or discount. Therefore, any applicable offer, voucher, coupon, or discount can be used alongside the listed price of the website.
Express Shipping Items: "Express" items listed on the website cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, vouchers, coupons, or discounts, unless specifically stated.
Exclusive Offers: Exclusive offers, such as loyalty rewards, referral discounts, or special promotions, cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer, except as stated in points 2, 3 and 4 above.
Final Purchase Price: The final price at the checkout will reflect the highest eligible discount available based on the terms and conditions of the specific promotion or offer, taking into account the exceptions mentioned above.
Modifications and Exceptions: The company reserves the right to modify or exclude specific items, categories, or promotions from the multiple discount limitation policy at its discretion.
Non-Retroactive Application: Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.
Invalid Discount Application: In the event that multiple discounts are attempted to be applied, the company reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order, as necessary, to reflect the correct discount or price.
Any order containing customised items or non-standard fabric selections is excluded from all promotional activities. Application of promotions on such orders is at the sole discretion of Zorora Sofas.

Free Ottoman Promotion
1. The Free Ottoman offer is limited to one (1) ottoman per purchase, per individual ("Eligible Customer").
2. Eligible Customers are prohibited from dividing or segmenting their purchase into multiple orders with the intent to claim multiple free ottomans.
3. Any attempts to exploit this offer by segmenting purchases will result in the customer becoming ineligible for the promotion entirely.
4. The company reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of each purchase and to deny the promotion to any customer suspected of attempting to violate these terms.
5. Violations of these terms may result in cancellation of the associated order(s) at the company's discretion.
6. Qualifying spend for Free Ottoman is R15 000.00 on product only - for all Ottomans except Maru Ottoman. This excludes shipping fees.
7. The Free Ottoman offer is valid only for Zola Square Ottoman and Lira Luxe Ottoman. Zola Semi Circle Ottoman, Zozo Ottoman, and Zuva Ottoman are excluded.
8. Qualifying spend for Free Maru Ottoman is R25 000.00 on product only - for Maru Ottoman only. This excludes shipping fees.
Buy More Save More Promotion
1. The offer applies exclusively to qualifying product totals. Excluding shipping fees and delivery charges.
2. Savings are automatically applied at checkout based on the following thresholds:

1. The offer grants a percentage discount up to 35% discount on selected 3-Seater Sofas from the Lira Luxe, Zola, Zuva, Zozo, and Maru collections.
2. The promotion is valid for both online and in-store purchases made within the promotional period.
3. This offer is not applicable to Capitec product purchases or Express Ship products.
4. The promotion is limited to one (1) discounted purchase per customer and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
5. Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the offer will result in the cancellation of the order and disqualification from the promotion.
6. If a qualifying purchase is returned, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the removal of the promotional discount.
Buy 4, get 5 Zola Modular Promotion
1. To qualify, customers must purchase a minimum of five (5) Zola Modular pieces in a single transaction.
2. Qualifying components include the Zola 1-Seater, Zola Corner Connect, and Zola Square Ottoman.
3. The lowest-priced qualifying modular piece will automatically be applied as free of charge at checkout.

6. Zorora Sofas reserves the right to verify all transactions, decline eligibility in cases of misuse, and cancel any order suspected of attempting to manipulate or exploit the promotion.

LayUp Boost:
1. LayUp Boost is a Save Now, Buy Later rewarded savings plan available on Zorora Sofas, online and in-store. It is interest-free and credit-free, with no debt and no credit checks.
2. LayUp Boost savings plans are administered by LayUp and are subject to LayUp's own terms and conditions, in addition to these terms.
3. Savings goals are subject to a minimum of R7,000 and a maximum of R56,000. You choose your own savings amount within these limits.
4. Your savings goal is paid off in monthly instalments.
5. LayUp Boost does not charge interest or late fees. If you miss an instalment, the outstanding amount simply rolls over and your plan is extended accordingly.
6. If you stop or cancel your plan before completion, your contributions will be refunded, less a cancellation/administration fee.

Zorora Sofas Gift Card Policy

Validity Period:
Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance on the card after this period will expire.
Non-refundable & Non-exchangeable:
Gift Cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Promotional Gift Cards:
Promotional Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
Limitations on Purchases:
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Express Shipping items. Additionally, you cannot use a Gift Card to purchase another Gift Card.
Third-Party Resale Restrictions:
Gift Cards cannot be resold or exchanged with a third party.
Multiple Purchases:
Gift Cards can be redeemed across multiple purchases on all Zorora Sofas platforms, online, for sofas and sofa accessories such as non-slip glide caps or slipcovers. And can be redeemed with the active promotion.
Balance Availability:
Any remaining balance will be available for the full 36 months from the original purchase date of the Gift Card.
Gift Card Increments:
Gift Cards will be sold for select Zola, Lira Luxe, and Maru products for the amount of that product in the Classic and Premium fabric variations and Indoor & Outdoor variations where applicable.
Gift Card Sofas Dispatch:
Sofas purchased with Gift Card will be dispatched from January 2026, and differs to the standard Made-To-Order sofa offering.
Gift Card Sofas Redemption:
Sofas purchased with Gift Card must be redeemed online by entering the unique Gift Card Code at checkout.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. SECTION 22 - ZORORA CREATORS CLUB
Welcome to the Zorora Affiliate Programme! By signing up to be a Zorora Affiliate (“Affiliate”), you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment in the Program
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed affiliate application. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

Our Brand Compliance Criteria are as follows:

Must not publicly endorse or promote strong political viewpoints that could conflict with the brand’s inclusive stance.
Must uphold respectful and non-discriminatory perspectives concerning religion, gender, sexuality, race, and other sensitive topics.
Must be based in South Africa and primarily engage with a South African audience.
Must have a clean public record, with no recent reputational issues or controversies that could negatively impact the brand.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities
By participating in the programme, you agree to:

Promote Zorora products honestly and in good faith.
Not make any false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Zorora products or services.
Not use your affiliate link for your own purchases.
Avoid using misleading or unethical promotional practices (e.g., spamming, fake reviews).

3. Commission Structure

There are 2 separate Affiliate Programmes:
- Earn 5% commission on the net sale amount (excluding VAT, shipping, and returns) for every successful referral through their unique affiliate link if they choose payout method Bank Transfer.
- Earn a 8% commission on the net sale amount (excluding VAT, shipping, and returns) for every successful referral through their unique affiliate link, if they choose payout method Store Credit to utilize on purchases on our website.
Commissions are not earned on orders that are cancelled or refunded.
Zorora reserves the right to adjust/remove the commission rate on specific products or collections at any time

4. Discount Code

Affiliates will receive a unique 10% discount code to share with their audience.
This discount code cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Abuse of this code (e.g., public coupon sites, excessive self-use) may result in removal from the program.

5. Recurring Commissions

You will only earn commissions on future sales from customers you referred for up to 90 days.
“Active” means you’ve had at least one referral or sale in the past 6 months.
30 day Cookie duration and tracking logic are subject to change with notice.

6. Payouts

Commissions earned within the month, are checked and confirmed by 15th of the month following.
Minimum payout threshold is R500.
EFT payments for commissions are made on the third Friday of each month.
Store Credit is active from the date when commissions are approved.
Payments are made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to a South African bank account, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technology
Zorora uses cookies to track referrals from your affiliate link. The tracking period (cookie duration) starts when a customer clicks your affiliate link or uses your discount code. Within this period (currently 30 days), any qualifying orders placed by that customer will be attributed to your account.

Please note that if a customer disables or clears cookies in their browser, referral tracking may not function properly, which could affect your commission eligibility.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time for:

Violation of these terms.
Misrepresentation of our brand.
Inactivity for more than 6 months.
Fraudulent or unethical behavior.

If your account is terminated, outstanding unpaid commissions may be forfeited. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the affiliate programme at any time.

9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Zorora (including logos, product images, and promotional assets) remain the property of Zorora and may only be used to promote Zorora products as part of this program.

10. Modifications
Zorora reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program. Our total liability will not exceed the total commissions paid to you.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

SECTION 23 - Zorora Sofas x Loadit Black Friday Giveaway – Voucher Terms & Conditions

Organizer & Eligibility
1. This voucher is issued by Zorora Sofas (Pty) Ltd (“the Organizer”) in collaboration with Loadit, as part of Loadit’s Black Friday Competition.
2. The voucher is valid for use by the winner only and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged.
Voucher Details
1. The winner will receive a R2,000 Zorora Sofas voucher, issued via email in the form of a unique promo code.
2. The voucher code must be applied at checkout on www.zororasofas.co.za to redeem the discount.
3. The voucher is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
4. The voucher can be used sitewide, except on Capitec Collections products.
5. The voucher can be used in conjunction with other promotions, sales, or discount offers running at the time of redemption.
6. The voucher is eligible for Express Shipping items.
Usage Conditions
1. The voucher cannot be split across multiple transactions; it must be used in a single purchase.
2. If the total purchase amount exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid using an available payment method.
3. If the total purchase is less than the voucher value, no credit or refund will be issued for the difference.
4. The voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.
Returns & Exchanges
1. If an item purchased with the voucher is returned, any refund will be processed in the form of a replacement voucher (subject to Zorora Sofas’ standard return policy).
2. Refunds will not be given in cash or credited back to a bank card.
General Terms
1. Zorora Sofas reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity before voucher issuance.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
3. Zorora Sofas and LOADIT are not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors related to voucher delivery or redemption.
4. By redeeming the voucher, the winner acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Zorora Sofas’ standard Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

SECTION 24 - Factory Edit Sale

Offer Period
1. The Factory Edit Sale ("the Sale") runs in two phases:
  Phase 1 (Exclusive Access): from 9am (SAST) Thursday, 25 June 2026 to 9am (SAST) Saturday, 27 June 2026.
  Phase 2 (Public Access): from 9am (SAST) Saturday, 27 June 2026, subject to stock availability. Zorora reserves the right not to proceed with Phase 2 if insufficient stock remains.
Eligibility & Access
1. During Phase 1, the Sale is accessible exclusively to Zorora newsletter subscribers and Zara (WhatsApp) subscribers and contacts, via a unique access link provided directly to those subscribers.
2. The Sale collection is not publicly listed or searchable on the Zorora website during this period.
3. During Phase 2 (if activated), the Sale is open to the general public via Zorora's website and social media channels.
Products & Discounts
1. The Sale applies only to selected Express Ship sofas listed within the Factory Edit Sale collection.
2. Discounts range from 25% to 40% off selected products, as displayed on each individual product page.
3. The applicable discount is reflected automatically in the listed sale price; no additional voucher or coupon code is required.
4. All items included in the Sale are new, finished stock from Zorora's Express Ship range. No items are seconds, returns, damaged, or discontinued stock.
Stock & Availability
1. Stock is limited and offered strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. No stock is held, reserved, or guaranteed pending payment or at any stage prior to order confirmation.
2. Zorora makes no guarantee as to the availability of any specific product, colour, or fabric option for the duration of the Sale.
Stacking & Other Promotions
1. This offer cannot be combined with any other current promotion, discount, or offer, including but not limited to Buy More Save More (BMSM) and Exclusive Rewards partner offers (Capitec, or Vodacom Red Rewards).
Dispatch & Delivery
1. Eligible orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, in line with Zorora's standard Express Ship delivery timelines.
