- 2 year stitching
- 2 year foam
Zororas' warranty provides for the free repair or replacement of any faulty component covered under warranty.
Unfortunately, our warranty does not extend to the fabric used to upholster the product as this is subject to wear and tear associated with use. Furthermore, usage and treatment of goods in the customer's environment are beyond Zororas' control.
Fabric
Dye lots may very from batch to batch, although it should not significantly differ from fabric sample swatches.
It is important to note that pilling is not a fabric defect or fault and is not covered under guarantee. Pilling may occur in the first few months after purchase; this is completely normal and will reduce overtime.
All our fabric is 100% polyester (un-natural). This does not mean that the fabric is inferior, quite the opposite. We chose this fabric due to the fact that it has a much longer lifespan when compared to other natural fabrics. Pilling can occur when other natural fibres come into contact with un-natural fibres.
Specifications
We operate a constant improvement methodology where designs are updated, when necessary, in order to both improve small details in the aesthetics or to improve performance or avoid/minimize issues. This means that our specifications may change without notice and that, whilst our products remain the same as the sample on display in-stores or on our website, there may be reasonable changes and updates made over time that mean they are not identical.
Our products have been designed and manufactured for domestic use. If you intend to use any of our products in a commercial property or for business purposes it is your responsibility to ensure that the products purchased meet the standards expected for the environment in which they will be used.
