We are responsible for your brand new sofa while it is being shipped to you and any damages that could occur during transit.

Our professional delivery team will make contact with you before and on the day of your delivery to arrange a time slot for delivery to take place. Your new sofa will then be placed in position and unwrapped in its new home.
