At Zorora, we help people create homes they're proud of. We manufacture premium, locally made fabric sofas and our showrooms are where the magic happens. We're hiring Sales Consultants for our new Sibaya showroom who are passionate about people, design, and delivering a genuinely great customer experience.

📋 Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their needs through active listening
- Guide customers through product, fabric, design and layout options
- Build accurate quotations and manage customer leads
- Own your customer from first hello to final sale
- Follow up consistently on outstanding quotations and opportunities
- Manage daily lead recovery via the Abandoned Cart and Sample-Sale-Tracker lists
- Clearly communicate product specifications, manufacturing timelines and company policies
- Keep the showroom floor-ready: clean, steamed, and visually on-brand
- Support opening, closing and general showroom-readiness procedures
- Attend daily morning meetings and align on targets
Sales Consultants retain ownership of customers they initiate unless a formal handover or reassignment takes place.
🔍 What We're Looking For
- A people-person who connects naturally — not just assists

- Strong listening skills and thoughtful recommendations
- Positive energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
- A quick learner who shows initiative and strong attention to detail
- An interest in interiors, décor, or home styling
- Comfortable with retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Retail or furniture sales experience is a plus but attitude and drive matter just as much.
🌟 Bonus Skills
- Previous experience in furniture or lifestyle retail
- Familiarity with CRM or point-of-sale systems
- An eye for design and visual merchandising
