This is not just a senior title, it's a leadership role on the showroom floor. At Zorora, we manufacture premium, locally made fabric sofas and we're building a high-performance team for our new Sibaya showroom. We're looking for someone who drives revenue, leads by example, and helps the team maintain Zorora's operational and customer-service standards.

📋 Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily and monthly sales performance and own your targets
- Deliver a premium, consultative customer experience
- Guide customers through product, fabric, layout and customisation options
- Support and mentor showroom team members
- Coordinate daily showroom activities when management is off-site
- Reinforce showroom standards, operating procedures and task execution
- Review abandoned carts, outstanding leads and customer follow-ups
- Assist with complex customer queries and operational escalations
- Maintain showroom standards — floor-ready, steamed, and display-perfect
- Ensure customer interactions and order information are recorded accurately
This role acts as an operational coordination point within the showroom but does not carry formal HR or disciplinary authority. Formal personnel matters remain with management and HR.
🔍 What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of retail sales experience with a strong track record
- A natural leader who motivates others and holds the floor together
- Confidence when dealing with high-value customers
- Target-driven, competitive, and confident under pressure
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- An organised, accountable and commercially focused approach
- Comfortable with retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
🌟 Bonus Skills
- Experience in furniture, interiors, decor, premium retail or made-to-order products
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools
- B2B outreach experience (interior designers, real estate)
