At Zorora, we help people create homes they’re proud of. We manufacture premium, locally made fabric sofas and our showrooms are where the magic happens. We’re hiring Sales Consultants for our new Paarl showroom who are passionate about people, design, and delivering a genuinely great customer experience.

📋 Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and guide them through fabric, design, and layout choices
- Own your customer from first hello to final sale
- Manage daily lead recovery via the Abandoned Cart and Sample-Sale-Tracker lists
- Clearly communicate product details, made-to-order policies, and care information
- Keep the showroom floor-ready: clean, steamed, and visually on-brand
- Attend daily morning meetings and align on targets
🔍 What We’re Looking For
- A people-person who connects naturally — not just assists
- Someone motivated by targets and excited to earn based on performance
- Positive energy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
- An interest in interiors, décor, or home styling
- Comfortable with retail hours, including weekends
Retail or furniture sales experience is a plus but attitude and drive matter just as much.
🌟 Bonus Skills
- Previous experience in furniture or lifestyle retail
- Familiarity with CRM or point-of-sale systems
- An eye for design and visual merchandising
