At Zorora, we manufacture premium, locally made fabric sofas and we’re building a high-performance team for our new Paarl showroom. We’re looking for someone who drives revenue, leads by example, and ensures every customer receives a world-class experience.

📋 Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily and monthly sales performance and own your targets
- Guide customers through custom fabric, design, and layout options
- Manage lead recovery from the Abandoned Cart list daily
- Coordinate showroom operations and SOPs when management is off-site
- Coach and support junior consultants on the floor
- Handle customer escalations professionally and efficiently
- Maintain showroom standards — floor-ready, steamed, and display-perfect
🔍 What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of retail sales experience with a strong track record
- A natural leader who motivates others and holds the floor together
- Target-driven, competitive, and confident under pressure
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable with retail hours, including weekends
- A genuine interest in interiors, décor, or home design
🌟 Bonus Skills
- Experience in furniture or lifestyle retail
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools
- B2B outreach experience (interior designers, real estate)
