Zorora team at the Kramerville showroom was excellent. Kiolin walked us through all the different couches that we would be interested in as well as the different materials available (as we have a cat and was worried about the threads pulling). We had purchased this couch on the spot! We received regular updates on the progress on the couch and Kiolin reached out 2weeks in advance to organise a delivery date that best suited me and if any additional measures was needed such as hoisting.
The couch is amazing. The fabric we chose is everything resistant and is harder for cats to pull. The couch cushions is very firm compared to the one we sat on in the showroom but that tells me it’ll soften over time which is great (and expected). The frame is very sturdy and provides great support when leaning against it. The couch is a lot deeper than anticipated and allows you to fold your feet without feeling like you are about to fall off it! Plus with the ottoman we can stretch our legs out comfortably. The only thing I regret is not getting the rubber for the legs to stop the ottoman from sliding as much as we have wooden floors. But overall great experience and great couch!

Love this sofa. it has a nice spring and give when sitting but is firm and holds its shape.
The quality is amazing, seam stitching and shape is beautiful. I ordered my couch in the linen Fiberguard and I am so impressed! The size is also perfect, for a three seater it is spacious, especially with the ottoman added.
Delivery was on time and also the delivery guys was helpful moving the couch into flat. Couch has a slight abrasion to it, seems like duck tape was pulled off and left a slight mark. Other than that I am happy with the quality of couch.

Valdi at the Woodstock branch helped us choose a colour that will complement our space and helped us choose the best size given some very specific (but irrelevant scenarios)
Our Sofa is so soft, and to our surprise, we don’t even need the scatter cushions we got because the couch is SO SO comfy and soft.
It’s not like those sofas that you can feel the wood frame under the cushioning, all you feel is soft and comfy fabric and cushioning.
The fibre guard option was a no brainer, we’ve messed coffee and chocolate on it, and just by wiping it with a wet paper towel, the stain came out with ease!

Absolutely in love with the sofa! So comfortable and finished beautifully. Despite ordering before their off season (December), I received my sofa less than 8 days after the factory opened up again.
The salesman who sold it to me under promised on delivery time, and over-delivered, the best kind of service!

I wish someone would have told me at the time of my purchase that if I spend R12000 or more, I would have gotten a free ottoman, I really wanted the ottoman, but it was a little pricey for me:-( all in all the service was awesome, thank you guys

It's a beautiful contemporary couch, and the fabric stain resistant works great. It looks beautiful in my living room.
My only criticism is that I would have like a bit more padding around the arm rests. You can very clearly feel the wooden frame and have to use a cushion to soften the hardness against your ribs.
