Absolutely happy with this purchase! The material is a very soft, cotton almost feel. Quite easy to clean also. Very spacious and deep! Definitely recommend:)

Can you have a crush on a sofa? Because if you could, you’d probably be crushing on the Zola.
The Zola features a contemporary design, generous size and comfort to die for.
The pinch seam detail which can be seen on the Zola’s seat, arms and backrest adds to the minimalist design without distracting from the clean and smooth surfaces. The arms and backrest are generously foamed for exceptional comfort.
Undoubtedly the best feature of the Zola is the seat cushion. It’s created using a combination of pocket springs and high-density foam ensuring comfort for years to come. The seat isn’t too hard or too soft with a rating of 3 out of 5 (on a scale of 1 being the softest and 5 being the firmest).
The Zola’s design is sure to impress even your most judgmental friends.

Zorora team at the Kramerville showroom was excellent. Kiolin walked us through all the different couches that we would be interested in as well as the different materials available (as we have a cat and was worried about the threads pulling). We had purchased this couch on the spot! We received regular updates on the progress on the couch and Kiolin reached out 2weeks in advance to organise a delivery date that best suited me and if any additional measures was needed such as hoisting. The couch is amazing. The fabric we chose is everything resistant and is harder for cats to pull. The couch cushions is very firm compared to the one we sat on in the showroom but that tells me it’ll soften over time which is great (and expected). The frame is very sturdy and provides great support when leaning against it. The couch is a lot deeper than anticipated and allows you to fold your feet without feeling like you are about to fall off it! Plus with the ottoman we can stretch our legs out comfortably. The only thing I regret is not getting the rubber for the legs to stop the ottoman from sliding as much as we have wooden floors. But overall great experience and great couch!
Store owner replied: Thank you so much, Andrea! What a wonderfully detailed review, this truly means a lot to us! We are so happy Kiolin took such great care of you at the Kramerville showroom and that the whole process from selection through to delivery felt so well managed. You are absolutely right about the cushions, the high density foam does soften beautifully with use over time. And regarding the ottoman sliding on your wooden floors, our Non-Slip Glide Caps (https://zororasofas.co.za/products/non-slip-glide-caps-1) are just what you need! So happy the Zola 3 Seater has exceeded expectations in every way and that you and your cat are both settling in nicely! — The Zorora Sofas Team
This is the most gorgeous couch!!!love the colour...it's so neutral it blends with all the other natural tones in my sun room...the fabric is so soft and comfy and the cushions are just divine...I'm so in love with my new sofa I've recommended it to all my clients...the service was exceptional as well...definitely going to order more furniture from you again 😀 ❤️ 😊
Store owner replied: Thank you so much, Tracy! This absolutely made our day! A neutral tone that ties the whole room together, soft fabric, divine cushions and exceptional service, we are so happy it all came together so beautifully for you. And the fact that you have already recommended us to your clients means the absolute world to us. We cannot wait to work with you again! — The Zorora Sofas Team
Hallo beautiful ladies of Zorora Kramerville as well as "The Team" in Cape Town! My apologie - it took way too long for me to find suitable scatters for our lovely Zola 3-seaters. Attached please find two photo's of our lovelies. The second couch still needs more scatters but I just had to send the pics in the meantime Best wishes always! Adri Johannes
So much space
The Sofa is great and I love the hint of green in the Cinder colour . Delivery was on time with friendly staff. After sales service was great.
“I absolutely love this couch! It’s incredibly comfortable, and the size and color have exceeded my expectations. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!”
So comfy, so luxurious, it’s PEFRECT😍
Love this sofa. it has a nice spring and give when sitting but is firm and holds its shape. The quality is amazing, seam stitching and shape is beautiful. I ordered my couch in the linen Fiberguard and I am so impressed! The size is also perfect, for a three seater it is spacious, especially with the ottoman added.
Such a beautiful couch. Firm and supportive but still super comfortable.
I absolutely love my couches. Would definitely recommend.
Delivery was on time and also the delivery guys was helpful moving the couch into flat. Couch has a slight abrasion to it, seems like duck tape was pulled off and left a slight mark. Other than that I am happy with the quality of couch.
Store owner replied: Thank you for the wonderful feedback Celeste! 😊 We’re so glad to hear that the delivery was on time and that our team was helpful in getting your couch into your flat. We’re also thrilled that you’re happy with the quality of your new couch. Enjoy, and thank you for choosing Zorora! ✨
When it comes to furniture, our Zorora couches hit the mark. With three sets in our home, we've put them to the test, and they have proven to be both comfortable and durable. The colors are spot-on, fitting seamlessly with our space. We couldn't be happier with our choice. These couches are both practical and visually appealing. Highly recommend!

The Zola 3 Seater Couch is awesome! It’s got this perfect balance of comfort—not too firm, not too soft. The minimalist design with those sleek seam details makes it look super stylish in any space. It feels durable and comfy. Plus, the setup is straightforward. It’s one of those couches you just love to sink into and show off to friends.
Store owner replied: Hey there Siphesihle. We are so glad to hear you're enjoying your Zola 3 seater! It looks great in your space, the perfect fit! Thank you so much for your feedback and your support! We appreciate you!
10/10 experience! Valdi at the Woodstock branch helped us choose a colour that will complement our space and helped us choose the best size given some very specific (but irrelevant scenarios) Our Sofa is so soft, and to our surprise, we don’t even need the scatter cushions we got because the couch is SO SO comfy and soft. It’s not like those sofas that you can feel the wood frame under the cushioning, all you feel is soft and comfy fabric and cushioning. The fibre guard option was a no brainer, we’ve messed coffee and chocolate on it, and just by wiping it with a wet paper towel, the stain came out with ease!
Store owner replied: Hi Saulegh! Wow! Thank you for your wonderful feedback! This makes us smile from ear to ear! We are so glad that from start to finish you've had the full Zorora experience. We hope you continue to enjoy your Zola 3 seater!
Great quality sofa !💫
Store owner replied: Hi Daanyaal. Thank you for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear you're happy with your Zola 3 seater! We appreciate your support!
Absolutely in love with the sofa! So comfortable and finished beautifully. Despite ordering before their off season (December), I received my sofa less than 8 days after the factory opened up again. The salesman who sold it to me under promised on delivery time, and over-delivered, the best kind of service! Satisfied with my purchase in so many ways.
We love our couch and ottoman. Good quality and lovely fabric. The staff were very friendly and kept us up to date with the progress of manufacturing and delivery.
Excellent service, top speed, professional and excellent quality

Amazingingly comfortable!
Fits perfectly into our lounge. We are enjoying the sit and comfort. The convenient ottoman adds to the comfort.
The couch is everything and more. It’s bigger than I thought it would be. And the quality is giving Lux, love the couch so much.
Big shoutout to Moses who assisted me in purchasing the couch! He assured me that we would receive the couch for Eid and it brought the entire space together. Extremely happy with the couch, service of Moses and delivery team!

I am extremely happy with my new sofa, service was good, and the delivery guys were awesome. I wish someone would have told me at the time of my purchase that if I spend R12000 or more, I would have gotten a free ottoman, I really wanted the ottoman, but it was a little pricey for me:-( all in all the service was awesome, thank you guys
Store owner replied: Hi Melissa! We're so glad to hear you had a great experience with us at Zorora Sofas! Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate your support!
