Lead Time
All our sofas are made to order in 10 to 20 business days depending on order volume.
Depending on your delivery address shipment will take 3-7 days. Some outlying areas can take up to 15 days to complete delivery.
All products are sold with various lead times.
Should you wish to find out the lead time for a specific product you can go onto our website and visit the product page. Lead time before dispatch can be seen just above the “Add to Cart” button.

For local delivery (50kms radius around Cape Town) delivery will be arranged telephonically by our logistics team 1 business day before delivery. All our local deliveries happen between 12pm and 5pm.

Not a problem at all! When placing your order, there will be a section do add notes. Simply state when you want your unit and we will work according to that date. Alternatively after placing your order give us a ring anytime or pop us an email to delay delivery.
Please note we can move delivery timelines out however we cannot move it closer.
Returns
Because each Zorora sofa is made to order, returns for change of mind are by special approval only. If you'd like to request a return, email shop@zororasofas.co.za within 7 days of delivery. If approved, a 10% handling fee plus the original delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
For manufacturing defects, report within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll repair or replace the affected components at no charge. For transit damage, flag it on your Proof of Delivery and notify us within 72 hours.
Please note that sale, sample, and clearance items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
If you purchased an Express Shipping item, these follow standard CPA guidelines and may be returned within 10 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

Zorora is not geared for custom requests. This I how we keep the prices low and the lead time short.
If it is a custom order for more than 10 units we will be happy to look at your request.
Certainly! When placing the order, there will be an option to choose the orientation of the chaise. This is from your perspective and not the couches. (If you are looking at the couch front on, which side would you want it).
Our fabric offering varies depending on the sofa range. Essentials and Icons sofas are available in our Classic and Premium fabric collections, while Signature sofas are available in our Limited Edition fabrics.

We make use of poly-fibre to full our cushions.
Normal (840mm to 900mm ) door size will do.
The L shape consists of a couple components when put together forms the sofa to ensure easy shipping and delivery.
No, scotch-guarding units releases a lot of harmful chemicals and we do not want our staff breathing them in all day, every day. We do have a wide range of stain resistant fabrics to choose from if you are worried about the unit getting dirty.

We require a 100% deposit amount upfront to get your order into production. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours after placing your order.
